Our mission: To promote health and fitness in underserved communities with a focus on children. Founded in July 2017, our group has served and sponsored hundreds of children to take part in various fitness events including: youth obstacle runs, 1 mile fun runs, 5K's , little league baseball, boxing clinics and more.

Elvi Guzman
Guzman is an entrepreneur and philanthropist who holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University where he graduated with honors. In 2013 he started producing obstacle and road races where he noticed the athletes did not represent the diversity of the community.

Guzman is an entrepreneur and philanthropist who holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University where he graduated with honors. In 2013 he started producing obstacle and road races where he noticed the athletes did not represent the diversity of the community.
In 2014 he began sponsoring dozens of athletes, unable to afford races, to take part in the events he produced. By 2015 this generosity expanded to youth athletes around Hudson County, NJ. He realized there was a greater need in supporting the younger generation.
By 2017 hundreds of kids had taken parts in dozens of events at no cost. The City Challenge Youth Foundation was created with the goal to allow youth of all economic backgrounds the opportunity to take part in a fitness event despite their financial resources.

Keith H. Green leverages extensive experience in organizational administration and operations as well as direction of training programs and staff in not–for–profit, commercial, and industrial environments.
His broad areas of expertise include board governance, strategy, strategic planning, business planning, and human resources.
As a 20+ year veteran board member, Keith currently holds seats on the Board of Directors for University Hospital-Newark, Programs for Parents, Inc., and Boys to Leaders Foundation. He has served as a member on dozens of community organizations, schools, and nonprofits. He holds a Bachelor of Science – HRM from the Union Institute & University and completed the Executive Leadership Program at UCLA as well as the Advanced Leadership Program with United Way Worldwide.

Jonathan Diaz
Jonathan Diaz is a seasoned Financial Services Professional with over 10 years in the industry. Diaz graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and has been an advocate and active member in several non-profit organizations, whose main goal is to give back to the community.
